From this research I learnt a lot about my chosen genre of music: pop. Pop music has clearly changed over the years and I am very aware of what it consists of in the current market which is presented through not just the songs themselves, but also the artist and the way they present themselves (through music videos, photoshoots, public appearances etc). Pop is a very fun genre with a large young audience of which i will be working around to ensure my music video has suitable conventions.
